The Akriti Eye Examination Kit has been developed in collaboration with Beyond Eye Care Ltd., under the guidance of Dr. Rashmin Gandhi, MS, FRCS, Managing Director. This comprehensive kit is purpose‑built for ophthalmologists, optometrists, eye‑care professionals, and students preparing for examinations such as FRCS, DNB, DO, as well as for emergency eye evaluation in clinical settings.

A Milestone Launch

The Eye Examination Kit was formally inaugurated at the AAPOS 2016 Meeting, held in conjunction with the SPOSI Annual Meeting in Jaipur. The launch was graced by:

1. Jackson Cross Cylinder

For precise refinement of refractive errors during subjective refraction.

2. Occluder

Essential for strabismus assessment and binocular vision evaluation.

3. Confrontation Target

Used for quick and reliable visual field screening.

4. Pen Torch

Designed for neurological assessment and external ocular examination.

5. Ruler

For accurate measurement of eyelid position, palpebral fissure height, and related adnexal evaluations.

6. Accommodation Target

Useful for assessing near vision, convergence, and accommodative function.
